Applications start with the pipe.
Pipe size, pipe run and process requirements determine which Camotec components work together.
CAMOnozzle · DN20–DN80 and DN60–DN200What determines the configuration.
From small pipes to process control.
The following fields of application are derived from the product data sheets. The specific configuration is tailored to each project.

Coating from DN20.
The compact CAMOnozzle S is just 16 mm wide and 26 mm long. It was developed for hard-to-reach, winding and small sewer pipes in the DN20–DN80 range. For larger pipes, the CAMOnozzle N is available for DN60–DN200.

Feeding from DN20 to DN200.
The CAMOpump controls the resin/hardener flow and combines material feeding, shaft drive and process data. The specified application range extends from DN20 to DN200.

Reworking at 90° bends.
If resin does not reach all areas in demanding pipe runs, CAMObrush enables reworking. The brush is designed for DN40–DN120 and can only be used with the CAMOnozzle and the CAMOpump RCU.

Working with a touch display.
The CAMOpump records values and displays recommended resin quantities based on pipe diameter and temperature. This supports a workflow that can be documented.
Spraying and reworking in one system.
CAMOpump handles the feeding. The RCU sets the rotation. Depending on the task, CAMOnozzle is used for coating or CAMObrush for reworking.

CAMOguard monitors a preset pressure setpoint and reports unsafe operating conditions visually, audibly and by SMS. It is a separate solution for curing processes in which air pressure must be controlled.
