The principle

Coating from the inside.

In spray lining, resin is applied to the inner pipe wall by a rotating spray head. Finely controlled feeding and a correctly set speed form the basis for the interaction between pump and nozzle.

The CAMOnozzle is available in two sizes: a compact version for small and winding pipes from DN20 to DN80, and one for DN60 to DN200. Camotec recommends using it with the CAMOpump feed system.

The process

Every component has its task.

From material feeding to reworking: this is how Camotec technology supports each task in the coating process.

01

Feeding material evenly

The CAMOpump controls the resin/hardener flow. Hardener monitoring reports blockages; the integrated agitator takes care of mechanical stirring.

02

Coating with controlled rotation

The CAMOnozzle spray head applies the material. The infinitely variable rotation allows it to be adjusted to each application.

03

Reworking with the brush where needed

In demanding pipe runs, such as 90° bends, the CAMObrush supports reworking. It can only be used with the CAMOnozzle and the CAMOpump RCU.

04

Tracing process values

The CAMOpump touch display records values and shows recommended resin quantities based on diameter and temperature. This supports documentation.

Rotation Control Unit

From spraying to brushing.

The CAMOpump RCU offers infinitely variable speed adjustment and a soft start. Automatic length adjustment of the drive shaft ensures smooth guidance, even in demanding pipe runs.

The CAMObrush has a maximum speed of 3,000 rpm. The application ranges differ for each component and are described on the product pages.

Complementary technology for sewer rehabilitation

Monitoring pressure with CAMOguard.

For curing processes in which air pressure must be monitored, CAMOguard provides separate monitoring with visual and audible alarms and SMS notification.
